1.預應力真空隔熱油管的內管受到蒸汽熱量影響時,可釋放預施加的拉應力,以補償內外管溫差伸長,確保了產品在高溫下工作的可靠性。
2.為節約成本,在滿足產品性能的條件下,鋼級可分別采用L80、P110、N80、J55等形式。
3.密封環空內充填有吸氣劑、氣凝膠等,其功能是對污染氣體進行清潔,延緩隔熱等級隨時間增加隔熱性能下降的趨勢,使產品在長期工作中保持良好的隔熱性能。
4.用預應力隔熱油管注汽可以使注汽熱損失大幅度降低,大大提高了可注入深度和注入油層的蒸汽質量。
5.用預應力真空隔熱油管可充分利用地熱資源,降低用電成本。
6.廣泛應用于稠油高溫注汽、高凝油低溫冷采,輸油水管線保溫,地熱水井等領域。
